All Star Property Management

Ive had landlords and I've lived on apartment properties . I've been in my unit 4 years so far All Star properties is the Best Place . I've never had not one issue . You need a repair their maintenance team responds the next day. The property is always beautifully kept . It's just a great place to live! Period

Zero stars for this horrible landlord. Since 2024 started, the landlord has made my life impossible, even when I pay rent. The landlord gave me the electricity bill 3 months after I moved in, the landlord intimates me with phone calls, they charge late fees even BEFORE they are due, the parking lot is full at night without any reason, communication is awful, they do not answer my calls or emails, and when I call, I only get a stupid voicemail that only says “yes” or “Jess” or something else, and they do not return my calls at all. The “boss” hides in his office in Derby. This is a huge waste of money and time for me; all star management is greedy and terrible. I would not rent from them again; it is a hassle.

The best property management company I have ever dealt with. The building was maintained impeccably. They are responsive, professional and a pleasure to work with, When we had to move, I wish we could have moved to another one of their properties. I would recommend to anyone.

I was in my unit for 5 years. No issues, very responsive and very helpful to my wife and myself.
