This is a really a safe place for families and kids but I wanted to ride my go kart but the people who work here said that they banned it because it was to dangerous but I had a high flag for my kart. So they can see it.

Rude gate staff every single time get angry remarks

Lived there for three years. It's a nice community and Toll builds a great home. The traffic noise from Imperial Highway and 75 is annoying at times depending if the wind blows from the east....

I love the gate lady, Sonja. She is the friendliest, nicest and dependable of any of your employees.

I want to thank the person who had my package delivered to their house and brought it to the gaurd house.
