Bonita Del Sol by Pulte Homes

We have had a wonderful experience with the construction of our new Bonita Del Sol home. Tyler Meek was our sales consultant and he was excellent to work with! He was persistent, but not pushy, and ultimately helped us feel confident in our decision to build our new home. Our construction manager, Christopher Lopez-Burnside, has been excellent along the way! He kept us informed along the whole construction process and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. He was professional, thorough, and committed to addressing any issues that he or we saw arise throughout the construction process. We are excited to make Bonita Del Sol our new home and are so appreciative of these individuals we had to help make this a smooth process!

We are thrilled to have moved into our beautiful new home in Bonita Del Sol. Everything has been wonderful with Pulte. Starting with sales associate, Steven Palmer, was easy to work with, and most importantly put us in the right home, and lot (rear western exposure for our pool!) We also enjoyed working with Laura in the Design Studio, so much fun selecting everything from the floors, cabinets, counter tops - all the fun things! And our Construction Manager, Juli Hila, was the best! He put is all together for us! Juli really cares and has an eye for detail. We wouldn't change a thing! We put our life savings down on this house only for mold to take over our health and drain us financially. The air ducting was not sealed causing mold. Our third party has also stated the mold trusses were installed this way which should have never happened in between our floors. We have been sick, including my nonverbal autistic daughter, about 30 days after moving in. They "remediated" it after we moved out only to be told it was clear and move back in to a smelly mold filled house. It is not being taken seriously. Our house has been dismantled for months. Now we are being ignored as there is still toxic visable mold per new report. We are forced to live in a house wearing masks. Pulte has not reimbursed us and has not brought a competent new crew on site for a second round.

Everyone I worked with throughout this process has been great. Thank you Steven Palmer and Laura Palmer for your help selecting and Designing my home. A special shout out to my Construction Manager, Stephen Fenner. He has gone beyond my expectations to make sure I am fully satisfied and comfortable before AND after taking my keys. He’s a real asset to the company and very clearly cares about his people, a quality that is hard to find, and incredibly important to someone like myself, a first time home buyer. Thanks Stephen!

We are beyond thrilled to be moved into our beautiful new Pulte home! Throughout the process, two individuals truly stood out — our construction manager, Leroy, and our title representative, Marcy. Both were exceptional. Leroy made sure every detail of our home’s construction was handled with care and attention, while Marcy guided us through the title process with professionalism and clarity. What could have been a stressful experience was made smooth and even enjoyable, thanks to their dedication and support. Kudos to Leroy and Marcy — they are true assets to Pulte and represent the brand with integrity and excellence.
