Bon Vista Villas and Barrington North Apartments

I love Bon Vista! Beautiful views, quiet, peaceful, and everyone in the management office has been very nice and professional. I’ve mostly spoken with and worked Deana on my apartment. She has been SUPER helpful and kind, and answered all of my many questions along the way with a smile. I really appreciate the great service.

We been living in this apartment for little over a year now. The location is fantastic, with convenient access to amenities like shops and restaurants. The layout is spacious and well-designed, providing ample natural light throughout the day. Additionally, the stunning view from the balcony is mesmerizing (picture attached). The management is incredibly responsive. Deana the front office staff is very helpful and friendly. She also addresses the concerns promptly. Overall, we highly recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a place to live here in Morgantown.

This place has outdated appliances, roach infestation, rude management, & seriously inflated rates! Now the management will post a reply to this negative review trying to counter but just so they know we took photos & kept e-mails to share. Just take the 1- star rating that you definitely deserve. Clean, quiet & convenient. Best customer service I have ever experienced! If you are looking for all the above, look no further than Bon Vista Villas. After receiving a position at Ruby Memorial, I was completely lost on where to land in Morgantown. The Villas are tucked away, but still very convenient to everything you need. Commute to Ruby and all shopping is within 10-15 minutes max! The staff are amazing!!! Melinda & Barb go above & beyond to help assist in any way possible. I am so thankful that a fellow co-worker referred me here. I look to make the Villas my home for quite a while.

Not only do I love the apartment I’m in, but Barbara, Melinda, and Molly were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They were able to get me moved in quickly on short notice, and they always respond to my questions in a timely manner.
