We are tenants at Windsong Apt Place I highly recommend this apartments. The staff they are top notch the office staff Jill , Nina , Angelina they are very professional customer service oriented also they make it feel like home the maintenance staff Joe , Tom , Harry , Josh , Peggy they are very efficient in all maintenance concerns and keeping the property beautiful they are well experienced. The snow removal was awesome thx STAFF MANAGEMENT!!!! I appreciate all of you
I have been a resident with this company for over 7 years and I must say it is ran horrifically bad . I had a stroke last year and I have a horrible smell coming from the vents and I have to continually spray air cleaner and my neurologist has warned me it not a safe environment and this place has turned into the East Amherst projects I’ll be leaving asap with my attorney having to document this unfair and racist behavior.
Terrible management, don’t rent an apartment here.
