Excellent apartments, reasonable rent & policies but if that weren’t enough, they have a truly stand out maintenance team! I cannot say enough about Bill and Tyler. I feel that I am listened to, that the requests are timely addressed and that these two gentlemen in particular are consummate experts and professionals. I rest easy knowing that there isn’t anything they can’t handle. Recently had my dryer breakdown. Turns out my dryer is not the same as all the other units. Despite this, they ordered the needed part and had it up and running in 2 days! This is made more incredible knowing that they had not ever taken this brand/model apart before (which didn’t slow them down one bit)! Thank you to Bevilacqua for a wonderful place to live and especially for having these guys on staff!

Fantastic apartment experience. Apartments are very upscale and beautiful, high ceilings. Great location. Completely soundproof. But best of all the Bevilacqua staff are excellent to deal with - very responsive and attentive. Business / rental office and maintenance staff are all topnotch!

The entire staff is nothing short of amazing. From answering any service issues to the presentation of their properties, everything is always clean and their attention to detail is important. They are one of the only developers who want to actually work with their tenants and hope they succeed.

Wouldn't be where I am today with out their willingness to work with a small business owner. Absolutely great team and commercial real estate developer. I've rented from quiet a few landlords over the years being in business and Bevilacqua Development is by far the best. Any problems that have come up over the years they have always taken care of promptly. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
