Worst customer service I have ever received in my life. Will avoid cashing out accounts by telling you one thing, and then requiring another, and another. Explicitly stated I had the option to either provide a copy of my ID or get the form notarized, then told me I had to have a COLOR copy (never mentioned that before), then told me I was required to get it notarized. All of which is happening back and forth by snail mail because they refuse to modernize their system, and anytime you call for service, you're on hold for an hour, no matter what. They offer callback service in their hold menu, but they just never call back. Avoid dealing with them whenever you can.
