Do not rent from these people I had a water leak under my furnace for 6 months resulting in a 1500 dollar mlgw bill also the mold was horrible. I was injured due to this and they didn’t care at all. I liked them at first but then all of this started to happen and they became slum lords DO NOT RENT THROUGH THESE PEOPLE THEY DO NOT DO WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BY THEIR TENANTS‼️‼️‼️

I honestly don't know how to explain this company but I can say that the lack of communication is awful. Never applied for a company that never answer the phone. But only communicate through email. Wanted to view the unit, was told I could not view the unit until we applied first never heard of that either me being a property manager I would never tell my future tenants this. Drove to the company no one is never there no sign saying hey we are out for today or anything. Even though we where hit with a higher deposit that most def was not a problem it just gave me the vibe of not wanting to deal with a company that don't communicate. Horrible experience with this company. I was never told if I was approved or not after jumping through all of the loops I was asked to do so, even after I was told to put in my notice at my current residence. Jessica (leasing agent) put me on hold twice and never came back to the phone nor called me back after leaving her messages. Then, she started answering and just hanging up. I have emailed Daniel twice with no response. I feel as if they only wanted my application fee and had no intention of going any further. Unprofessional to say the least. Very pleasant, professional people UNTIL you pay your application fee. Since doing so, a month ago, I can not get a simple call to tell me "yes" or "no". I have been hung up on by Jessica and she will not return calls. I have emailed Daniel twice and the management email as well with no attempt to contact me back. At this point, I am SO glad I decided to stay where I am and not switch to this circus of a company.
