DO NOT RENT WITH BLUE OAK. I PROMISE YOU!! I am saving you so many headaches and disappointment. The management is super unhelpful and always has a mean attitude towards you, even if you are being nice to them. They try to fight with you for anything and everything and try to get you to pay large sums of money. They don’t care about their tenants and only care about profit. My friend got assaulted and almost killed in their own home by their roommate unprovoked and blue oak has done nothing to help the situation. In fact, they refused to help unless the police was involved. The police was involved and they still haven’t done anything to keep my friend out of danger. Terrible people and terrible service.

We’ve had a smooth move-in to our rental property. The property managers and assistants are very attentive and friendly! They have responded quickly to maintenance work orders. Very satisfied!

Pete was great and super helpful. we have been here for 2 weeks and they have already fixed everything we spotted in the initial walkthrough, super helpful.

Pete from Blue Oak Property Management, maintenance department, came by and did a great job checking out the maintenance issue. He did all that was possible at the moment to do. He was very polite and professional. Thank you for your quick response to my maintenance issues. If I have any maintenance issues in the future I hope you send Pete back or someone just as helpful and professional.

Any review you see from here *that’s a 5 star is most likely allegedly encouraged by the management company. Loved a service they did? “Oh please rate us on Google !!” Yeah… so they can push down the bad reviews. Cautionary tale. Just because “there’s a few amount of a few bad reviews” here doesn’t mean there’s a miscommunication, different perception or miscommunication. Blue oak quite deliberately takes advantage of you not knowing your renters rights or the law…. Read those bad reviews and consider them as much as u consider the “many” good reviews. Thank you all to have read this. Don’t… rent… here…. (Had to put allegedly because they are allegedly sneaky)
