Blue Lake Villas Apartments

I've lived here for 3 years and it's been a great experience. The apartment and community areas are nice. I never had any bug issues which is always a HUGE plus in apartment living! The staff and maintenance are nice and responsive. I would live here again. My only recommendation to the complex is to invest in a larger gym with more equipment! One treadmill is sad. :( But overall, :)!

The property manager Ashley was very polite. The staff was knowledgeable and welcoming. The unit we viewed was super clean and we loved it. Our experience here was very comforting. The office was even clean and smelled really good. Thanks to your property manager I’ve found my new home. Ashley was amazing!!!!

While shopping for an apartment can be extremely cumbersome and stressful, I had the best experience with Criscilla M. She went out of her way to ensure my experience was seamless. She communicated well and got me in for a visit as soon as possible while making sure she could work around my scheduling constraints due to work. I appreciated her efforts to go above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. Not only is she professional but she is a joy to work with, the laugher was nonstop. Thank you so much Criscilla for the amazing experience! ♥️

The property manager Ashley is always nice and always there to answer all of my questions. The property was clean and office staff very welcoming and smell fresh , the model units shown were fresh. The staff was nice and knowledgeable of everything I asked. Blue lake is the place to be very quiet and clean property.

Had a really good experience with Ashley & Alberto. Made my lease renewal so easy and they explained it crystal clear. I’ve been there almost a year and always been treated really good and the entire staff and management are very nice. Thanks to everyone who made us feel welcomed!!
