This place has gone to trash since Morgan Properties took it over. The trash compactor is constantly broken, there are two large dumpsters now taking a large swath of parking. Speaking of, they have instituted paid "reserved" (non-handicap) parking spaces so it's even further limiting where you park. There is constant maintenance in my building, the past week alone has been nothing but construction noises. That includes a test of the new horrendously loud stacked washer and dryers that they mandated everyone move their own washer and dryers out for. Regarding the W/Ds I originally got a notice saying I'd have to move mine out and they'd move theirs in on a day in August, then it got pushes to November, then it got pushed to December, and now, 3 days into having them, I still don't have a

Great apartment complex!! The units are updated, the complex has solid amenities, the area is safe & quiet, and the apartments are very reasonably priced. Joy, Robin, and the maintenance staff are so kind and very attentive- would highly recommend Blankenbaker!

Their prime location, with fair pricing, allowed for things in my life I may have not had opportunity to otherwise. • Joy Rosado is a light that shines bright in the front office bringing everyone that walks in a welcoming smile and warm welcome that lasts after they leave from her hospitality for others. • Robin has been so helpful in all situations and her experience in the industry is unmatched. • Laura is great too , what a fantastic team of people and place to live if you’re looking to move.

I am looking for a place that's quiet and peaceful, and would allow me some time to truly relax in nature away from the busy city noise after a long day. I want it to feel like home so I can rewind and enjoy some nature. I have driven all around Louisville to look at so many different apartment complexes, old and new, and this place is a real gem. This is almost the only apartment complex that's a decent distance from both highways, main roads, railway, etc. and also gas station, busy shopping areas. Many apartments are close to roads and the noise and air pollution that it brings. The people in the office manage it not like the corporate business but like family.
