Money hungry and genuinely not a great place to live. Maintenance is a total joke and is incapable of fixing a leaky toilet tank seal (5+ visits and weeks of wasted water). They will literally attempt to tow your car for the craziest reasons and have a predatory tow company that is desperate to take peoples cars. Neighbors will leave trash outside their doors and piss in the stairwells (yes this actually happened). Can’t pull the u-haul up closer to the apartments or they threaten to charge you $100 as if that is genuinely a deterrent. They pick and choose when to enforce apartment rules such as the one i mentioned. Pro tip, just wait till the leasing office is gone and park your u-haul. Absolutely terrible will make you pay well over $1600 to consistently live in mold and filth. Maintenance crew does nothing they don’t help when called,I would give it ZERO stars if I knew how to please look at photos, and beware when moving in they have zero cameras and will refuse to get any, very uneasy feeling living here

I was looking for a place to live after I was told that my duplex I had been living in after 20 years would be torn down. After looking at many apartments, something brought me to Birdneck Village. I actually walked in with tears in my eyes because I was so distraught at the other places I had looked at. They were NOT anywhere I would feel comfortable….. Cindy looked at me and said, “ I’m gonna find you a home.” After living here now in Birdneck Village for two weeks, I could not be happier. It’s quiet, it’s comfortable, the facilities are beautiful and amazing, the grounds are immaculately kept, and my apartment is absolutely perfect. I feel like I’m living in a hotel. Cindy absolutely did what she said she would do and I could not be more at my NEW home.

Living here for a year has been a positive experience. The couple of issues I've had management and maintenance have been on top of it. The grounds are well kept. The pool is nice. It's a safe community and overall quiet. I feel safe walking my dog at night. My packages have never been swiped from outside my door. The office staff and maintenance guys have always been very friendly and helpful.

This complex is truly a hidden gem. The office staff is incredibly attentive and always ready to help — it’s clear they genuinely care about the residents. The property itself is beautifully kept, with well-maintained landscaping and plenty of space to walk around and relax. It offers a peaceful, comfortable environment that’s hard to find elsewhere. The pool is fantastic — clean, well-kept, and a perfect spot to unwind. Plus, the location couldn’t be better: close to the shore and surrounded by great shopping and stores for added convenience. Overall, this is a very well-managed and inviting community. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality place to call home.
