I've been a tenant of Bijou Property Management for a few years now and I can honestly say they are the best property management company I have ever rented from. Any problems that have come up they have handled quickly and reasonably. They care about their tenants and have worked with us any time we needed anything or had any questions. Everyone I've ever interacted with has been very nice, especially our property manager Jennifer, who is always so considerate and timely with any communication. I would definitely recommend renting form Bijou Property management.

Dyan & Amanda was amazing in helping me find a home thats fit my budget while being in a nice location. The whole team makes you feel welcomed and helped every step of the way making this transaction easy & simple as possible. Bijou property management was great for years until it became the case that they will hire anyone. Including hack True North Heating and Cooling. Attached to my review is proof of this. And they will charge for it all with no discretion. My tenant told me that they are so happy not to freeze all winter since I installed the heater Bijou should have installed over a year ago. So I’m out a bogus wall heater at $3300, the correct heater I just installed at $7000 and their contractor is MIA, because they have no physical address or website or BBB rating.
