As a landlord, Bert and team provided experience and sound advice and did a good job of renting the units. However, the cost of paying for their in-house maintenance man was extremely high. And once I expressed interest in trying to outsource to other vendors for maintenance, they stopped paying much attention to the property.

One of the worst realtors to rent from. After 6 years I was forced out of my apartment so they could raise my rent and additional $300. They moved a family of 8 in at 2569 Gladiolus Street Apt. A in a one bedroom that beat on my walls consistently and I was physically attacked by the resident. I am still contemplating legal action for the mental anguish I suffered living there. I wouldn't advise anyone to rent from these realtor's. No need to make any complaints because they can't control their tenants
