BEWARE!! DO NOT RENT 643 S 42nd St, Louisville Ky. I moved into the unit in October 2021. When I moved in, the house was not even cleaned properly. The house was on the market for 100+ days when I moved in. Within the first year, I found out VERY QUICKLY why it was so cheap. The basement FLOODED consistently, damaging hundreds of dollars worth of clothes that I sat next to the dryer. The upstairs bathroom shower would literally leak THROUGH the walls and pour into the downstairs dining area. The downstairs bathroom shower would pour into the basement; on top of the shower falling apart.
