Great Company! They have amazing agents who help out our community every day. The Brokerage offers numerous resources to their agents, in house legal team and marketing department is top notch! Can't say enough good things about them.

Awesome Agents, EXCELLENT COMPANY. Consumers, do your research and you'll find out why! This is a very "low key" brokerage, meaning they don't brag about accomplishments publicly, but this brokerage, Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, California PROPERTIES, ranks #2 in the entire Nation. They're also regular recipients of the West Ventura County Reader's Choice Award.

So, Mr. Caprito listed some rentals. I tried calling 20 times. He apparently was out of town, no message to that effect. He finally returned my call. Said he'd set up a viewing of the property. He never called back again. Texted him 20 times, no response. That is not the way I do business. Clearly this reflects poorly on his company Berkshire Hathaway. I'll never go through their company....and I was looking to buy soon. Burnt bridge.
