Terrible upstairs neighbors!!! Constantly complain and NOBODY does anything!!! They can play basketball and make my whole apartment shake !!! 🫨 jumping off tables and couches. Constant fighting from 12am-6am. No jobs apparently. Ugh.

I had not moved into the apartment yet.But a man to help me, i'm not, but it took me five weeks to get in there.And she got me up downstairs.And said upstairs, she's very friendly and she's very efficient.She's a nice girl and your office is doing very well.I appreciate her, you know.Thank you

Lack of communication, no help with issues. Saying it will get fixed and no help. No real manager and now no phone line.

I would give this property -5 stars if possible. First off, I rented from them in June 2018 to June 2019. They never told me I had owed them some random amount of $444 saying these were charges for move out? Meanwhile, I applied to a place recently and was DENIED because of these slum apartments. DO NOT RENT HERE. It is a scam. They took my $875 deposit at move out due to "carpet stains". Meanwhile, they mailed my fees I owed them to their apartment that I vacated from!!!???? Knowing I dont live there.. Thats insane. I have a long list of things I can say about this property... but ill keep it short. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Not the worst place but not the best either I had roaches form the first day there were roaches before I even moved in my furniture they spayed but it did not work I had to get rid of them myself with a roach power given to me by a friend. The water bill was high and when covid hit I was very disappointed that they did not even try and work with me on my rent after I got laid off. I would not recommend.
