Bentley Park Townhomes

My experience with this property management team was extremely disappointing. After submitting a vacate notice and thoroughly cleaning the apartment before moving out on June 7th, I continued to receive emails as if I hadn't left. Despite notifying them multiple times, their move-out coordinator didn’t even know I had vacated, delaying the process of renting out my unit and costing me unnecessary fees. I was then hit with $750 in charges, including cleaning, renter’s insurance at an excessive rate, and utilities for a vacant unit, despite leaving the apartment in pristine condition. Their poor communication and excessive fees felt unfair, and it seems they mishandled my move-out while being unhelpful throughout. Don’t live here unless you want the landlord, Molly constantly nagging and complaining. Molly shouldn’t even be a landlord if she can’t do her job right. She is rude, disrespectful and has NO courtesy. Obviously only cares about money! If I could give this property 0 of 5 stars I would. Molly Hillman ruined my experience living in the beautiful 1 bedroom townhome.
