I lived at the 188th St. tower for two years and really appreciated how accommodating the company was. Any issue we had was met with a fairly quick response which was always so helpful. My roommates and I loved our apartment and it was always reassuring to be able to call our super whenever we needed maintenance help or repair work around the apartment and get the needed assistance promptly. The staff was always kind and understanding.

I have nothing bad to say about Lorillard Towers, where I lived for 2 years. My apartment, along with the entire building, was clean, comfortable, attractive, and safe. Furthermore, the superintendent and his staff were incredibly kind and quick to respond to my needs. A close walk to campus, this building is ideal for Fordham students.

Lived in Lorillard apartment for 3 years. Location is good. Building got worse every year. Leaks in ceiling from roof which they didn't always fix right away. Landlord arrogant & seems devious. He changed the dates on our leases without warning and claimed he "adjusted" the rent accordingly. Waiting for security deposit to be returned and it's been over 2 months since my lease ended.

My son lived in a Belmont apartment for the 2022-2023 school year. The staff at Belmont was very responsive. The super, Julio always came right away to resolve any issues. Highly recommend.

I lived in a Belmont property for a year and a half. Every time something went wrong in our apartment (for example, when the dishwasher broke) they would always be so bothered and slow to respond, like it wasn't their job to do it. The cherry on top: the company DOES NOT RETURN SECURITY DEPOSITS. My roommates and I moved out on a May 21 and it is nearly August now. It has been hell trying to contact them to get our security deposits back. They keep telling us it will arrive in 5-10 business days yet it does not. They are scummy people who want you to forget about the security deposit so they can keep it. We are considering taking legal action against Belmont Realty because of how much money they owe us and how poorly we have been treated. DO NOT rent from Belmont realty, you will be dis
