Sharon is a true professional. She has been my property manager for 2 years and I continue to be impressed. I live in California and having a great property manager with good communication skills is a must. Not all property managers are created equal, and Sharon is the best. She has handled evictions, renovations, vetting and placing new tenants, tenant requests, and keeps the Buildium account up to date. She always keeps me in the loop and communicates very effectively. She responds promptly to both me and my tenants. I know that with Sharon my properties are in good hands.
