First, the office is never staffed when I visit, regardless of the time of day. Notes claiming “out on tour” or “out on lunch” are posted even outside of standard hours, making it impossible to get any assistance in person. Phone calls are never answered, no matter what time it is. On the rare occasions someone does answer, they are rude and unhelpful. Only one temporary employee covering for the manager has shown professionalism, which is not a sustainable solution. Second, my neighbors and I have called multiple times regarding urgent issues, yet no one ever returned our calls. This is extremely dangerous and unacceptable. Jaime is a jewel! Very helpful and professional! Rental process was a complete breeze. Walked through Tuesday. Filled out application Wednesday. Approved by Thursday. Dropped the payment off. Keys by 10:30am on Saturday. Very smooth!!!! My best experience yet!

I agree 1000% with reviewer “Liam” I could have written that review myself. The property manager is not able to be contacted via phone, email or in person. It is absolutely shocking. In my time here or renting at other properties I have never seen anything like this.

Jamey was wonderful with assisting our move in. Very attentive and followed up. Alex was nice as well and got us in within 48 hours I love our home and very excited to be in.
