Bell Henderson were a first class group to work with. I have made half a dozen home transactions over the years and this was by far my favorite experience. The team is very responsive and goes above and beyond to make things easy on you. Will use them again for any home purchase or sale.

This was our second time using Bell Henderson and, like before, they were great! They met with us to explain the process in detail and answer all of our questions. We are building a new home and our move-in date kept changing so we were very unsure of the timing of when to sell, best time of year to do so, etc. As it turned out, we sold our home fairly quickly leaving us with a few months left before our new home would be completed. Colleen Nash with Bell Henderson was the most awful realtor I have ever dealt with. She was forgetful on important things ( like 10K credit), micromanaging on small things, argued & raised her voice + was yelling at me, based on incorrect termite info, to get her way. I felt it was unethical for the false live answer & attempted to reach her broker, but was told that I didn't have a broker matter. She asked for some things up to 8x, which was super annoying. She called the city on the alley, but didn't say who she spoke to & that the city will clear the alley if I call. I've gotten code violations on alleys on other houses in the exact neighborhood, so I disagreed. When I disagreed with her she raised her voice, keeps arguing in a loud manner & doesn't let up.
