Bell Channelside Apartments

I live here, been here about 5 months. I rented this place sight unseen to take a job while moving cross country. Accidentally moved into the best value in the best part of town. The crowd here is young and professional, the bars, restaurants, and grocery are modern and fun. The building is nicer than what you pay for. I often go to the neighboring units with friends paying 500-1000 more and it's literally the same. Love this place. Joyce, my favorite apartment mate and the front office gal, also lives here, sends out reminders about the rules and keeps all of us in line and the place nice. The cleaning crew, who clean darn near every day, make this place look like a nice hotel. The pool crew who clean that epic guitar shaped pool and three BBQ grill every day. This place is nicer th

I absolutely love living here! The entire office team has been nothing short of amazing—always super helpful and friendly whenever I need anything. A huge thank you to the maintenance crew as well for taking care of my work order within 24 hours. That kind of efficiency and care really makes a difference. This community truly feels like home, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Where do I sign up for another year, lol! I would like to add…As residents, we should also take greater pride in where we live by helping maintain the cleanliness of our community—especially when it comes to caring for our pets and cleaning up after them. Together, we can keep this place as wonderful as it already is!

Had a very great experience with Daryll B. He was very helpful going above and beyond to help us fix things wrong with the apartment complex. He gives exceptional customer service and should be recognized for it. Also had great help from Ronnell with an issue in my apartment. He gave me a lot of help and advice on how to avoid the issue. He’s a great help always.

My boyfriend and I have been living at Bell for 3 years now and the maintanence workers are amazing here and very attentive. We put in a maintenance request for our air conditioner and they came in a hour later to fix the issue. Daryll B was very attentive and helpful. Thank you.

Lived here for a year. It’s discounted compared to neighborhood for a reason. My unit had rats all over the balcony, climbing over our screen door. With a newborn baby, this was unacceptable. While living here, our packages got stolen, maintenance was dissatisfactory, and there was consistently dog poop inside the building. We terminated early for these reasons and more. During that process, the leasing office left an early termination letter for $2109 and now I’m getting invoices for $4660. Save yourself the time, and money. Look elsewhere. Most of these 5 star reviews are from non residence that just did a tour. Don’t be fooled. ALSO, I reached out to the office since seeing this reply, not correcting the issue or replying.
