When I first moved in everything was great, however after a few weeks everything started to fall apart. I spoke to the management several times across several months and always get told "were working on it" and nothing ever changes. Avoid this place unless you enjoy: Loud music, stomping, and yelling from neighbors. Liquor bottles left half full in the hallway on a regular basis. Dog poop in the hallways. Misdelivered and/or stolen packages. Dangerous Parking lot. Paid parking spaces being stolen. Amenities that are closed more often than open. Tobacco smoke in the hallways. And of course, all this at "luxury" apartment prices.

I strongly do NOT recommend these apartments. During the first year, management was great — responsive and professional. Unfortunately, after management was replaced, everything went downhill. Emails are often ignored for weeks, if not completely. Communication is extremely poor. There are ongoing and unresolved issues with EV charging stations. Residents regularly park in EV spots well beyond the allowed 4-hour limit, many park incorrectly and block chargers, and management does not enforce any rules or provide solutions. This problem has been going on for a long time with no improvement. EV charging station parking is a constant issue and is clearly not being managed. The property itself is also consistently dirty. I’ve lived at this property for a year and a half and have had an excellent experience overall. The staff has always been respectful, professional, and very responsive to any requests I’ve made. Every maintenance request I submitted was handled either the same day or by the next day, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. The common areas and amenities are consistently clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, clean home with reliable, responsive management.

We’ve lived here for a year now, and love to call it home. Our apartment fits our needs well, the amenities both in and around the complex are great, and everyone on the staff is super responsive - especially the maintenance crew (shoutout to Carl who got us back into our apartment after our smart lock died after business hours!). If you’re considering this place to be home for a little bit or a long while, I encourage it. A great way to start a life in the PNW!

I am not sure if the woman working at the front desk on Sunday the 30th of November 25 was being rude or something else, but the interaction felt uncomfortable. We arrived around 3 p.m. to ask about viewing apartments. She did not greet us back and did not seem welcoming or approachable. She then told us it was too dark for a tour, which felt unusual, and said we would need to schedule for another time. I recommend being mindful of who is placed in customer-facing roles, as this experience made us feel discouraged about returning to view the apartments.
