Since taking over the Rush Creek Apt buildings, Belgard has NOT been prepared to manage effectively. If you aren't fully staffed in terms of janitorial or maintenance teams first, then don't purchase a property until you are. The property has quickly gone down hill because of this. However, the property manager has been very effective and addresses issues brought to her attention. On the other hand, the leasing agent never extends herself in resolution or pleasantries. A lot of people miss the gals from the prior company who were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond. The property was always clean, they rounded up packages that were delivered to the wrong buildings, as well as sitting on the floor in the mailroom, and placed them in the Luxor system, and everything ran smoothly.

I Like living here at Springbrook in Fridley but for the money we pay, you'd think they would hire someone to do shoveling of sidewalks & steps. They need to hire 1 person to do up keep of flowers/ grounds & shoveling of sidewalks. The other employees have enough on there hands! They do have Wonderful People in Office - Violet & Tammy and Maintenance is great! Our Caretaker Vicky Alyea is the best couldn't ask for better!

they racist I slept in fell in my bathroom on a lose tile they done want to respond to me asking. them for their. insurance number or claim number so they trying to make. me moving at springbrook in fridley mn I have been ask them to fix this since I move here. in july 11 2014

Former owners of the apartment complex. Not bad service, tended to keep things good, parking lots paved, lots of work done towards the end. Will be interesting to see how much changes with new owners.

Horrible company. You cant trust anything they say they will treat their employees horribly and their tenants will be ignored. Enjoy!
