Blessed is an understatement for being a part of this community! Destiny the Assistant Property Manager and Breanna the Manager are AMAZING people! Very understanding and supportive of their residents! I’ve lived here for going on 7-8 years now and don’t want to move anywhere anytime soon!

I had such an easy move in! Destiny helped every step of the way! When we toured with her it wasn’t boring like the other apartments we’ve been to, she made it exciting and fun! If you come to Beckstone, you absolutely need to see her!!

Very poor customer service. The two lady’s at the front desk are so rude. You signed up for a job, do it correctly without having an attitude. Edit: this is about me asking about the gym code. I’ve been a resident here for years and i forgot the code. my key fob doesn’t work and I asked for a replacement but the two girls at the front desk just have the nastiest attitude for no good reason. VERY unprofessional the way they talk to residents here. Like they’re on power trip.

My experience at Beckstone has been great so far. Miss Destiny has been very friendly and helpful to answer any questions!

Where do I start? Emails like : ” Valet trash pick-up will not occur 6/19/25, Please take all trash to the compactor. Do not leave trash cans/trash bags outside your doors, $25.00 per bag/trash can left outside, will be charged to your account.” Randomly being sent. How are you even comfortable charging people $25, $100 when NONE of the amenities in the complex work??? No car wash, no gate, no fireplace, no grill.. just fines and an office that send out emails saying they aren’t accepting calls for a new reason every single day. Even if you go into the office the young ladies are very unapproachable. Disappointing property. Don’t believe the reviews.. they send out rent incentives to leave nice reviews.
