Could be because of the current political climate, but its nearly impossible to get a call back from them. They are your lifeline through MSHDA , and if they are slacking it could mean your rent could not be covered and you could be homeless. Its almost not even worth the hassle to go through Housing assistance. Because you really dont known if your rent portion will be covered or not. Is it really that difficult to just call a client back or send an email , or (like they have for the last 3 years for myself) send a confirmation letter saying they will cover their portion of the rent? Apparently it is. Could be project 2025 in the works though. We will see come January if Iam homeless or not.

Trust the reviews. We were looking for a new home to rent and found one we really liked. We were directed to apply on their website, which both my fiancé and I had to complete and both fork out $40. They were slow with communication and we had to follow up a few times. After being given our information they informed us we would not be qualified for the home based on income, which makes 0 sense since we applied to other, more expensive rentals and were approved. I went to check the listing and come to find out it had been removed BEFORE we gave them the money for the application. They took our money knowing the house we were applying for was already rented out to someone else. How scummy can you be?

Worker in the Saginaw office was very rude and unprofessional. Becka management helps so many people with housing in the community. This is not how they should be represented.

I wish i could do negative stars. I'm not sure if anyone even works in the building anymore. No one answers the phone EVER, they never return call or emails, and not prompt at all to help anyone. It's super frustrating trying to get a hold of anyone, I've been calling and emailing multiple people for 2 months and still haven't received any type of response. Becka Management is poorly managed and unreachable.

Wonderful experience with Becka Management. Once they received the information they needed ~ was addressed and taken care of in a very timely manner. Most pleased with this agency. The staff at Becka Management has my sincere thanks and appreciation for expert, timely and professional service. Mary Rose
