I had recently moved outta state due to my husband being in the military and he made sure everything was taken cared of so I didn’t have to go back home to sell my house! Alyse Schian was my realtor. She did not explain I would be paying for the owner to stay in her home for 30 days after closing. I received no concessions for it. She offered 3 people for home inspection. One said he doesn’t come to Saginaw for home inspections. Another stated I don’t do pools and I don’t do chimneys. Which left only one inspector to choose from. I chose a house that was down graded price wise. Put in an offer of the posted price listing. Was told in her office that there was only a bid that had expired. It was pending the sale of their condo. This was 6 or 7 at night. By afternoon of next day she called me to tell me there was another bid for 305,000. That I should bid 308,000. So there was communication going on between realtors.

She has always been professional, courteous, knowledgeable, dependable, friendly, and would go above and beyond what was necessary if needed! She diligently pursued the type of resident I wanted. Then, when my desired residence was found when I was out of state and unable to attend the closing, she thoroughly covered all bases, so that at the closing everything went smoothly, and I was stress-free. That was a real godsend! I highly recommend her for all your real estate needs.
