This building has gotten so bad and disgusting since the new Owners management took over. They care more about doing unnecessary work on the property to raise our rent, rather than keeping it clean and safe. They removed the rugs and added vinyl flooring to certain apartments just to raise rent, which made it worse for neighbors because now you can hear everything under those apartments. If they drop a penny, you can hear it. Banging and stomping all day long. The lobby literally stinks like dead rats. They installed "new" camera systems which we don't even have access to. Intercom does not work. They just installed electric car charging stations when there is NOT event one electric car that parks in the garage. All a scam to raise our rent. Maintenance is very very very poor, been living here for 12 years plus and not even a carpet change, kitchen cabinet change, management very rude. It’s a petty we pay this amount of money every month. This place is not acceptable. You don’t even know the manager of the building because he send the super to do his bids. Then when you ask for a maintenance they bring you a bill instead.

It a great place where I Visited a member of my favorite view by the Bronx river.

Lived in one of their buildings - poorly managed and costly. Thank God l am out of there
