I’ve been living here for 20 years and I love it. The new management has been amazing. Autumn, our manager, is the sweetest and most helpful person — honestly the best manager we’ve ever had. Jose, the maintenance director, is great too. He’s always ready to help and does it with a smile. The property looks beautiful with all the upgrades. They added a gym, pickleball courts, and a BBQ area, which is awesome. My neighbors are super friendly, and the whole place has such a peaceful vibe. The location couldn’t be better — we’re walking distance to Five Points Shopping Center, which has lots of good places to eat and shop (including Trader Joe's). Highly recommend!!

This place has been perfect for my family! The staff is great. Autum and Jose are some of the nicest people and really make living here feel like we’re a community. Highly recommend for any younger couples with kids that want to live near the beach and all the great amenities Huntington Beach has to offer. 5 stars!

Autumn and Jose go above and beyond to address any concerns and work daily to maintain a beautiful property. They have created an environment that I love coming home to. The location is in the heart of Huntington Beach and as soon as I turn off Beach Blvd it becomes peaceful and quiet, filled with neighbors who smile and say hello. This place is a hidden gem.

Nice staff BUT since switching management companies/ownership, the water is frequently (like multiple times in a single month) shut off without any warning due to “emergencies”—an issue that maybe happened once during my whole tenure living here. Meanwhile, the rent continues to surge as a result of “property upgrades,” but broken gym equipment, broken jacuzzi jets, and dilapidating staircases are consistently neglected. Very disappointing to experience the living quality dwindle at such an alarming rate.

Autumn was amazing! She made the entire application and move in process smooth and stress free for my partner and I. She’s incredibly kind, detail oriented and responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, highly recommend working with Autumn!💛
