I can’t wait for our HOA to be formed so we can vote out this so-called management company. My first experience with them was a week before closing when I needed approval for a fence installation. They refused to process it until after closing, which was understandable—but they promised approval within 72 hours. Two weeks later, when the fence was scheduled to be installed, the company told me they never got approval. Michelle casually says, Oops, we actually approved it two weeks ago, but I forgot to email you. Go ahead with the fence, and we’ll send the paperwork.” It then took another week to actually receive the paperwork. I am very pleased with our property manager Michelle Sharp. She was very responsive to my emails and efficiently managed my concerns in our Crosswinds Subdivision. She is someone I feel comfortable communicating with and grateful that she listens and takes my concerns seriously.
