We had the best experience with Amanda being our realtor! Met her and Paul at an open house for one of their beautiful new builds. Few months later worked with Amanda to find a rental property. She went above and beyond for the house we were purchasing in Jax Beach that had many obstacles to overcome before we could close. We had a different question for her every day and she stayed on top of every question until we got answers from the sellers. Her expertise along with her husband Paul really sealed the deal for us when closing on our house. They even went to the city to check on permits for the house were pulled.
