I can myself the experience with Tiffany has been great! She is always at the office and willing to help out. I can see that there is positive changes happening and it’s because we now have a manager that puts in the effort and has dedication to BAYSHORE!

I see the negative reviews and have to say for the two years I have been here, the community has been quiet and the maintenance reliable, making it a truly comfortable place to live. My experience was already good even with some past management negligence, but the recent change in management has genuinely elevated everything. I love it here, from my neighbors to locality of shopping and schools. ​ The new management team is fantastic—professional, incredibly proactive, and highly attentive to resident needs. They've stepped in and managed to improve an already great situation, which is truly impressive. ​If you're looking for an apartment with great long-term quality and an amazing, responsive staff, this is the place. Highly recommend!
