Bay Tree

Never move into this apartment complex !100 feet tall tree fell in the parking in the middle of the sunny day. Management is very poor. In addition to being very rude they are negligent. Not to mention that the place is ridiculously expensive for the value it brings. Also, the fee to break the lease is $9000.

My family just moved into bay tree and so far we are loving it! The location and apartments are incredible and the maintenance team is also very helpful. Huge shoutout to Lily who was amazing through the leasing process.

Bay Tree is a hidden gem in the heart of Los Gatos! It is very quiet compared to what we've experienced elsewhere in the Bay Area. Lily and Kalyani are great and have accommodated our every need thus far. I love walking out the door every morning to witness the beautiful Santa Cruz Mtns. looming over the landscape. Two observations that if changed would make this place even more of a paradise and would justify the monthly rental fee: 1) BT provides a small portable AC unit but it doesn't do much. It gets pretty hot in the apartment when the outside temp is over 75degs. We are learning to live with it and we knew it going in so it is not that surprising. 2) There is no gym or clubhouse at BT and the nearby athletic clubs are exorbitantly expensive. We’ve been at Bay Tree for a couple of months now, and it’s been a great experience. Everything’s been smooth, and we really appreciate how responsive and organized the team is.

It's a lovely complex. The friendly staff, both in the office and the maintenance team, the landscaping is addressed weekly, covered parking is a definite plus, and the heated pool and spa are very nice and kept in excellent condition all year long. The location is fabulous. It has a great walking score yet is convenient to major highways. It is easy to make pet friends and people friends.
