I am very excited to become a resident of the El Gato Penthouses in large part because of Colleen and Danny. They have been amazing and super helpful throughout the process. I have a great spot on the property and will be starting a new job working from home so I’ll be there quite a bit. It’s a great spot for me with my gym in walking distance which will help keep me out of the car and walking all over town. The property is impressively clean and beautiful. We have lived her for 2 years now and have loved the location and staff at El Gato Penthouses. Colleen is an amazing property manager and gets back to you always in a timely manner. The maintenance manager is always on top of it anytime we have a request. He does his job efficiently and well everytime and is extremely nice.

It is the perfect location for anyone with little kids. The library, spots downtown such as farmers market and other restaurants are so close by. We loved our experience with Colleen, who not only is an incredible host, but also an amazing person. Her willingness to help and her prompt response to any query has made this experience wonderful. We would highly recommend friends and family.

I've lived here for a several years now & absolutely love it the place! Not only do I feel safe, but the staff is outstanding! The manager, Colleen Canning is on it, if anything needs attending. She will ask Danny to fix things and not only do they get fixed but when he leaves, it says if he’s never been there. I feel blessed to have found such a wonderful place to live & in a great area!
