Bay Oaks Condominiums

I lived there 6 years, until I had enough. If I would give 0 stars I would. The parking is crowded (on tours everyone is at work), work orders will never be filled (various managers over the years NEVER fixed the laundry list of item such as replacement of broken screens in the entire item of living there), and price hikes every 6 months. The neighbors start off quiet but this seems to change as management appears to allow loud obscene music in the parking lot. Upon move out over a month ago there has been no return of deposit and it appear the most recent property manager has blocked me or been removed. It is rare that someone is PHYSICALLY in the office or answers the phone, but they will cash rent (days late but it’ll be less than a month). If you are desperate, this place will do. (Not

Do not repeat do not live here!! Im nearing the end of my lease and during my stay here we moved into cockroachs and no working air unit roaches were not resolved for months and no air for over a year! This place is riddled with mold and when asked to do literally anything about it the most they will do is have people spray paint it? Who does that. Its like living in an ongoing health hazardous construction site.

I love living in Bay Oaks. It’s a relaxing and beautiful place. It’s clean and any maintenance issues are promptly tags Care off. Thanks Mike and Haley!!

We visit our grandkids who have lived in Bay Oaks since 2021. They love their apartment and haven't had any problems regarding management or maintenance. When they had an air conditioning problem this summer the maintenance man came the same day and evaluated it. Ordered the part and it was fixed the next day! Yes, management is out of state but we have never had a problem reaching her. You leave a message or text and she gets right back with you. Great place to live.

The company that did the sheet rock work for my ceiling in my kitchen did a horrible job cleaning up. They didn't put a drop cloth down and did not cover anything up in my kitchen. I now have sheet rock dust in and on my cabinets, countertop, and appliances big & small. There is a remanence of plaster on the edge of my countertop and footprints going out my front door. My Spring door mat outside is probably going to be thrown out once this is completed. :( I learned later they were also supposed to be finished in 2 days, including painting, which did not happen. It has been 9 days as of now. The management is trying to make it right! However, everything else is wonderful! This is a great community and I love living here!
