I love the location. There is somethings that I would change. Thicker floors so you would not hear when people upstairs are walking/yelling. My front door is too close to the next one. Switch bus flex with something that runs every 30 minutes or at least every hour all the way until 11:00 pm. If you are like me and you like riding bikes, every once in a while you will catch a flat and have to find a bus home. Also I don't know why but my data signal is a bit weak inside my apartment. Overall it is a lot better than my old apartment.

Best Neighborhood in Town... Walk along Bayshore Boulevard and simply live! Snuggled into the oldest grand homes of Tampa Bay. It’s where the powerful and most successful of Tampa Bay live. There is no better location. You’ll just love it...
