I contacted them because I was moving from a different state to Norman for my job. I moved in and couple months later My six month old son passed away from Sids in their property 611 Hoover st. This all happened in less than a 3 week span. Around June 8th 2025 I contacted them and said I wouldn’t be able to pay rent that month because I had to pay to lay my son. My first month ever being late. They knew I was out of state I contacted them about cash for keys any deal to get my deposit back to be able to get funds to move my things, everything was denied. So I was unable to move all my things. Eventually, I had to leave every single thing behind because around the 15th was a notice on my door saying forcible entry. Thats when I returned the keys. I rented from BPM for six years. Had I don’t been relocating I would have stayed where I was. The office people are amazing, the people they choose for maintenance was always amazing. I can say this with 100000000 certainty if I ever move back to Oklahoma I would use them again. Super easy move in process and easy move out my rent didn’t jump like others around me every year. Give them a shot!!!

Canceled my showing after a 35 minute notice, as shown in their text below. (Both of their 'please confirm' texts came at the same time, notice how they didn't time stamp one. The cute "no response from you" conveniently forgets to add that their office was CALLED for more information on Dec 2). They weren't willing to let me tour all of the properties I was interested in, anyway. All communication with them was cold/mostly automated, despite my attempt at trying to be warm, as evidenced in their text below. The call with their office was worse, they definitely don't want to hear from you on the phone! I won't apologize for working nights and not responding by "1pm" when you were going to cancel at 12:35pm anyway. I woke up early at 1:30 to see the cancelation when, again, there was zero c

I thought I had already reviewed this, but I'll gladly do it again. Bare is the absolute best of the best. We e rented from them for 6 years, and they've been on top of maintenance, and they really stepped up for us as renters when the owner sold the house, and we were to move today actually, only for our new home to flood before we could move in. Absolute rockstar and really helped us out. I want to never rent from anyone else ever again, and I hope they get a property for us before we have to find another one. If you have a doubt then don't.

Bare Property Management is the absolute best at what they do. They go out of their way to take care of tenants and property owners.
