Barberton Apartments

Newer resident but love it here and how quiet it is and that the apartment complex is small. Both the manager Charmaine and the maintenance person are great and respond quickly and take care of everything right away. The on-site laundry is also very nice and clean and has a lot of machines. Great on-site parking so you can park right in front of your apartment. Neighborhood is great and you see people out walking and riding bikes all the time. Also has a salt water pool with a lifeguard. And on top of all that is just under a mile to the beach. Feel very lucky to have found this place.

Roxanna has been very helpful with some issues I’ve encountered and I appreciate her! She’s working hard to get everything taken care of. Chad is a helpful handyman and I appreciate both of them! Both very nice, thank you! And yes, my fur baby Peanut is in all the pictures. I don’t think I have any of the apartment without him in them 😆😉🐶

I lived here sense spring 2019. I personally like that it peaceful and quiet. No parking problems. Everything in my apartment works well. When maintenance is needed. There on it. The manager went out of her way to take care of what I needed. It is a hidden treasure.

Charmaine is awesome! She was extremely helpful. Her customer service was beyond my expectations. Not to mention the apartment is charming and the property well maintained.

I've lived at Barberton for years now. For starters the location is perfect. Blocks from the beach, the interstate and shopping and price is even better. The laundry facilities and the pool are always clean. Plenty of parking. I love my balcony! Chad does an amazing job at keeping our grounds clean and if I ever have a maintenance issue he is at my place the same day! Roxanne is our site manager and she goes above and beyond to make sure all of the tenants are taken care of and she does it with a smile. I love that she is easily reachable! They make a great team and they make it a nice place to live honestly. These are just a few reasons I continue to stay at Barberton and I will continue to stay!
