please don't go to this location they need to get training for customer service try to make check deposit and get some cash back customer service she very rough no customer service how to talk to customer she very bad customer service only 3 banker not busy my wife she asked her for cash back she make check deposit that tell my wife the check is not bank of america check on hold if she tell my wife she can't get cash back why she make deposit first than said my wife can't get cash back I believe she is the brand manager very bad attitude, she need to go back to take customer skill. please don't come here

The bank manager Rachel lacks integrity and you might want to look into at the very least a different branch or as I am doing after 38 years of business taking your banking to another institution that actually stands behind their word.

One of the customer friendly banks. NO drive through. Generally a 40 minute wait to see a teller, as they never have more then two working. Further most branches are nothing more then kiosks, tellers only and no loan representatives on site.

Should be ZERO stars. I ONLY came here for Debra, the manager helps people in the lobby, for all to hear. shes too busy corraling customers like cattle. you have to make am appt now, just to have them repeat what most can read for themselves thru the app. Apparently, we're too dumb to comprehend what we're reading. BOA is now on the Comcast, Tmobile list for crappy customer service💩💩
