Banfill Crossing

At Banfill our new maintenance guy Justin is great! He is very helpful and has a smile and fun personality. Glad he came on board. If we could have had our last bldg mgr with Justin we would have had an awesome power team. Our new bldg mgr is VERY nice and I think will do good here! (but she's just not our Judy Z she was 1 in a million). Our community is awesome we have wonderful people who live here.

We have had trouble here with new management under Lang Nelson and getting a permanent property manager. We now have one and she's wonderful! Has an open door policy and if she's busy she will let you know when she will be available. If she says she will get back to you she will. I know without a doubt when she says she'll take care of something, she will or at least will do her best to bring resolution. We are so blessed to have you at Banfill Jennifer P. !!!

Justin, the Maintenance, is timely and very efficient at any maintenance issue I have. Jennifer, the Property Manager has been more then helpful and has taken care of any issue I have had. I appreciate both and believe they are both talented people.

The staff are generally friendly, but Lang-Nelson cannot seem to hang on to good managers. We had a wonderful manager who worked many hours of overtime. I have varying stories on why she left, but her departure was unfortunate for she truly advocated for the residents. We have a new building manager now, whom I have not met yet, and it remains to be seen how well she'll advocate for residents. We had a building caretaker who was difficult to work with but very efficient and he was replaced with an affable fellow, but since then the turnover in the recycling rooms has been poor. Recycling piles up high every couple of days and it seems we have to have a small mountain in the recycling room before things get cleared.
