Bancroft Place Apartments

Living here for a year was a smooth, peaceful and enjoyable time in my life! I have nothing but infinite praise for Jennifer and her team taking care Bancroft. Every issue that would prop up was taken care of at lightning pace. Wonderfully fast and kind maintenance, a wide, well-kept space at a very reasonable market price, my deposit was given back minus a miniscule cleaning fee. Jennifer herself is possibly the most dedicated property manager in Sioux Falls, when one neighbor lost their cat, she sent out a message to all residents to ask us to look out for it. She'll get you through leasing, asap and with no issue, even after leaving the apartments, she's done her best for me. Absolutely fantastic experience here, if I happen to move to Sioux Falls again, I'll certainly consider Bancroft

Bancroft combines classic charm with a surprisingly modern feel. The building has a welcoming energy and is clearly cared for by a team that pays attention to detail.

The apartment complex itself is great. However, what is the most outstanding feature of these apartments is the customer service provided. Jennifer has been amazing, what normally would take days and even weeks, she got it done for us in less than 2 or 3 days max. Accommodating to a fault, answering every question imaginable. Would recommend dealing with this company (and Jennifer) for all housing needs :)

I had a great experience renting my apartment at Bankcroft Place Apartments! Jennifer has been extremely knowledgeable and quick to respond! Jennifer and the maintenance staff always were considerate to accommodating us when needed! The staff makes u feel a part of a family and not just a tenant.
