Shejada Moore has excellent communication skills and is a people person. She communicates and explains the leasing process in a very realistic way, she is a amazing person.

Mr. David Cox, our Lead Maintenance Man on the premises is Great at what He does. He calls before coming to do repairs, even when I initiate the request and know He will be here. Very Professional all around!!!!!

Masceo Boykis came to my apartment 4OCT2024 for after hour maintenance on my AC UNIT. He is so kind and professional. He arrived quickly and solved the problems. I am very impressed with his competence and care in maintenance and would love to see him on seaside harbors maintenance team!! Absolutely excellent job!! Thank you for your service. Update 7-29-2025. I just love this place. I've Been living here for 4 years now and everyone in the office is just so sweet, kind, and helpful. Shajada the office assistant is so kind and courteous and Mr. Ezra the office manager goes above and beyond for his tenants. I couldn't ask for a better office team. 🥰🥰🥰🥰
