Rented for three years, and had very few issues. The office always had good communication when needed! Kelly was always available when needed. Great location!

I lived in the apartments owned by this company for 2 years and was well taken care of by the super and especially Kelly! She was the absolute best, super friendly and always answering my calls and getting things done when it needed to be. The rent was affordable and Kelly did her job extremely well. If I ever need another apartment in that area she will be the first one I call. I recommend her to all of my friends.

Wanted to drop a review to say how amazing it was to work with Kelly. She was communicative and helpful every step of the way. I wish all leasing experiences where this easy. Thank you Kelly!!!

Our experience with this company was great largely due to the efforts of Kelly Comiskey. Kelly was very professional - addressed questions and concerns promptly and thoroughly. She was aways pleasant and a joy to work with.

I gave they a 1 star because there is not option for 0 star. Lived at one of the apartments they manage for 11 years, every 30th of the month the supervisor place a remainder to pay the 1st of the next month, I never payed late, when we decided to moved the management ask me for a notarized letter a month ealier to the date I planned to move (at the end of november 2023) , wich handle to them on time, they told me I will have my deposit check back in 15 days, after they checked the condition we left the apartment (so much better than we received). Since there was a month without any communication from the management I called every week and they promised to call me to let me know when the check is ready to pickup. After more than 40 calls, excuses and humiliation today November 20th 2024
