Bainbridge Creekside

We have been residents since May 2025. I was waiting to see how things were before writing a review and overall have been extremely pleased. For being in the busy Creekside area, the traffic and noise, has not been an issue. We feel very safe here especially with the security lighting. The complex/apt is comfortable and typically quiet (aside from residents with loud vehicles/music and barking dogs...usual stuff). Shout out to the maintenance guys as they are very prompt (they fulfilled a couple of minor maintenance requests before we had even moved in!!). The staff at the office are professional and Christina was willing to answer all my questions at lease signing. I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Bainbridge at Creekside. It is a very quiet, peaceful community and feels very safe I haven’t dealt with any issues regarding crime or car break-ins, which gives me great peace of mind. It’s a great environment for families and children. The leasing office staff is fantastic, especially Hailey. She has been so sweet and helpful since the day I moved in! The maintenance team is also top-notch; whenever I put in a work order, they show up exactly when they’re supposed to and get things fixed quickly. I haven’t had any problems at all since moving here and highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a reliable, secure, and friendly place to call home.

I lived here for 2 years and I can say it's probably my favorite apartment so far! Hailey was EXTREMELY helpful from the day I moved in until the day I turned in my keys. The other front office ladies have always been friendly, professional, and quick to resolve any questions/concerns. If I ever needed to rent an apartment again I would come back in a heart beat. Plus, you can't beat the pool views!!

I lived at Bainbridge Creekside for two years and only moved out because I bought a house in San Marcos — honestly, if there had been a way to buy one of the townhomes there, I would have done that instead. The property itself is beautiful — easily the prettiest apartment complex I’ve lived in — and I had zero issues with the buildings or maintenance the entire time. Everything felt well-built, clean, and thoughtfully designed and maintained. What really stood out, though, was the office staff. They are genuinely caring and responsive. When I had an issue with a loud downstairs neighbor, they didn’t just brush it off — they worked with me to void my existing lease with no penalty and helped me move into a townhouse unit within the complex. I didn’t end up moving into this community, but my experience with the staff specifically Christina, was truly exceptional. From the first tour to all the follow-up communication, everyone was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. If my circumstances hadn’t changed, this would have been my top choice. Highly recommend checking it out!
