I’ve been renting with Bailey Property Management for over a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the very beginning, the office staff has been incredibly responsive and professional. Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve gotten back to me quickly—often the same day. The move-in process was smooth and well-organized. The property itself had a share of issues being an older home but they were super helpful with fixing. When I submitted a maintenance request, it was addressed promptly, and the work was done right. It’s clear that the team at Bailey Property Management genuinely cares about their tenants and works hard to keep things running smoothly. This is one of those - if I could give 0 stars, I would. The company is extremely shady, non-communicative & willing to take you for every dime you have, and then some. After all is said and done, I’ve had to file complaints with BBB, the FBI & KY Attorney General’s office against them for wrong doing. If you can rent elsewhere, I highly recommend you do.

Can you please make sure you are giving out your correct number to these loan companies for your business? I am tired of the calls and text messages that they have been given to my phone number for Julie Bailey!!! How did they end up with my telephone number???? I am so tired of the harassment! I've told a multiple people that this number does not belong to you and I am still getting the calls and messages.

The office seems a bit chaotic, but I don't think this is a malicious property manager. I would insist on having the locks changed before moving in to any place because the way they show the units is by giving out keys without supervision.

I live in their apartment for 6 months pay for my termination fee and move away. They said they will mail me my deposit and will give back the extra fee I overpaid for termination fee, it’s been years I email and call. They said they gonna call back and never did, never responded to my email, thought they were nice people but wow my first experience of start renting on my own place.
