Sandlewood Place/Somerset Green apartments could be a great place to live if the property. manager wouldn't spend the entire budget for all 4 buildings just on her building alone. The building she lives in is pristine with clean, recently replaced carpet in the stairwells and hallways, light bulbs that aren't burnt out in the light fixtures, intact clean walls, functioning washers and dryers, the other buildings have washers and dryers that Hardly ever function that make my laundry smell considerably worse after being washed in the machines here than they were when they were still dirty, washer leaves a strong , disgusting smell in my clothes, they are not usable. when broken to the point of not functioning, property manager plugs machines back in even though she is aware that they don't

If I could leave zero stars, I would. If you’re looking for a place to actually move to, please save yourself the trouble of interacting with any properties owned by this company. They will take your money, lie to you, ghost you, and waste your time. They also approved us, ghosted us, and then illegally rescinded our approval due to my roommate having a service dog, which they knew about prior to our application. They lied to us and said they allow caged pets when they in fact, apparently, do not. Which they did not inform us of until after we’d wasted our money applying and putting money down to take the apartment off the market. They are extremely unprofessional, and the manager on-site made many racist remarks during our time touring there. Please, please, do not waste your time, energy

Oh boy, where to even begin. It's been over 2 years and I am still upset about them. This company caused a lot of problems for me - I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Charging home owners insane amounts of money for things that should be covered by our monthly HOA fees. The grounds look like trash, sketchy people hanging out in the lots. I even had to call 911 one early morning because some guy was back there using heroin in a PortaJohn. Pipes bursting, houses flooding (mine included), streets are falling apart and it looks terrible in general - bad patching on the roads, curbs falling apart. This company has to be one of the worst management companies I've ever worked with. Racism, favoritism, ignorance, general disregard for safety & wellbeing of tenants, not single female friendly, not renter friendly, discrimination against families & children. This company has allowed my neighbors to key cars, break out car windows, physically steal others property or damage property, verbally harass & bully neighbors with zero consequences. Not to mention constant threats from the board. Run! Don't use them or rent from them.

If I could give zero I would. This company miss manages money, fails to take action on any items, does not return phone calls, and makes residents pay out of pocket for things that should be covered by the reserve fund. The reserve fund for my association is gigantic, but everything still comes out of our pockets. They automatically debit your account and won’t even answer questions as to why. Also, they fail to even perform basic grounds maintenance beyond mowing and leaf blowing. There’s garbage all over the common ground, and they do nothing about it.
