Babinski Properties

Lived here for over a year. Apartments were trashy, management was trashy and unprofessional, and when it came time to move out they were jacking up my rent if I were to stay anyway. I also caught management trying to access my apartment after I’d given my 30 days notice. By pure luck I ran into them unlocking my door on my way back from work, and they were about to take a family in my apartment! They had in no way informed me of this, and the lady at the office told me “well we are allowed to show apartments” and when I told her 24 hour notice is required, she didn’t have a damn thing to say. Huge lease violation and illegal. So in other words, if you enjoy living in trash with no privacy, this would be a great place to stay.

So this would be the 2nd time my daughter’s car has been broken into also stolen once with thousands of dollars to fix it and I’ve had enough! I called the office to see if they could maybe get a night time security person or if there was something that they were willing to do about it and that was a no and she gave me “well we have employees that have had their cars stolen/broken into” so not only do they not care about their tenants they also don’t care about their employees who live on the property! Also she had the audacity to ask “well what kind of car was it” does that actually matter lady?! Stay away from this place at all costs unless you like your things stolen and vandalized with Babinski properties!

I lived in 105 North Holly, Apt #316, I barely lived in the apartment for the 6 months I was contracted to stay. Maybe 2 weeks at most due to work. The fact that I got back from the deposit what I did is little unprofessional and disrespectful in my opinion. Only furniture I had in my apartment was a desk and a futon. I had a crack in my sliding glass door to my deck and called maintenance about it, and they never came to fix it. I realize I am probably 1 in thousands of renters but I would just like everyone to know that I will not be recommending Babinski Properties to anyone.

This is probably one of the worst management companies I have had a chance to deal with. The apartments are very affordable but the managerial staff is subpar. I had an ESA living with me which I immediately sent in all of the proper paperwork to then. A few months passed by and my mother got a notification from the staff that she will be evicted because one of the handyman reported seeing a dog in the apartment. When I called them they were extremely rude and said that they did not have my note. When I told them that I had emailed them two notes and that I could sue for discrimination, immediately thereafter they were able find both of my doctors notes. I rented one of their apartments for almost three years. We got bed bugs within two months of living there, management tried to say I brought them but all of my belongings were in my previous home no problem. There are constant pipe issues including a time where we went without running water for almost a week. Management had us walk to a different apartment and use theirs. There are constant break ins and there was a homeless man recently entering the apartment locked entry and sleeping in the hallways. And also cockroaches coming from inside the walls. The maintenance staff do their best and very friendly but management is subpar.
