⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience with this landlord! The whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish. Anytime I had a question, LaTrease was quick to respond and so kind to work with. When it came time to move out, they processed my refund quickly and without any hassle — which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find a landlord who genuinely cares about their tenants, and I would absolutely rent from them again!

Funny to me. All the negative reviews are from tenants. As a property owner, God Bless Baars Real Estate Services. I have been a client for 15 years. Baars are the best of people to the core. In my experience with Baars, they are extremely responsive and passionate to any tenants legitimate needs. In 15 years I have never known them to neglect any tenant and the tenants renting my properties, LOVE them. However, if you don't pay on time, trash the property, live in filth, you may want to apply with another company because you won't LOVE them and you too will be posting a negative review in a few months. Baars are good people, professional and excellent at their job. I highly recommend Baars Real Estate Services.

Do not rent from this company. I had my apartment professionally cleaned when I moved out as well as carpets professionally steam cleaned. The place was in better condition when I moved out vs in. When I finally received my deposit(well after the 30 day deadline as stated in the contract), she had taken out money for professional cleaning. Instead of a reasonable explanation as to why my money was taken out, I received a letter from an attorney in the mail representing Baars. This place is a joke and they need to be help accountable for their actions.

This company is a complete joke. 3 years of tenancy, a car destroyed due to their negligence, air conditioning issues for days with no real resolution for not months but years. Literally took her 3 days to get someone to my house to fix a broken AC, you be the judge of how it feels without AC mid July. Every vent in the house looked like it was started to build this dark mold (see attached pics), glad the lease ended and we moved. Baars Realty is currently holding our deposit hostage and have been sent a certified response to which nothing has been said back. Miss. Latrease, shame on you for treating your tenants as such and now knowing that there are many others who got treated this way, I am more so convinced that if I don't receive my deposit back, I will be within my right to take any/
