The most unprofessional people I've ever had to deal with this is my first apartment and I am traumatized to say the least. They lied and deceived me throughout the entire application process had some named Luis and Julio show me the apartment then schemed me out of 2,000 extra dollars to move in when it was only 1,800 I ended up paying 3,800. Painted over a molding bathroom and rusted bathroom and closet doors before move in and 2 months in the mold became inhabitable and they refuse to come ! they are calling me once a day at 7 in the morning letting the phone ring once then hang up and don't leave any messages. I put tickets in the Tenant app for repairs they cancel them and say it has been completed when it hasn't. I started to withhold my rent which was suggested by the Super of the b

SLUM LORDS! They cant seem to keep a clean living area that is garbage and vermin free. Their plumbing is a mess, with inconsistent hot water, and water pressure. But if they think you have not paid your rent, which in my case is a downright lie, they get it together enough to send letters and make phone calls on a Sunday nonetheless. They actually left a threatening message on my voicemail to depose me if I do no pay my rent for the last two months. Mind you both months have been paid! I cannot wait unit my lease is up. Great neighborhood. But the cheaper rent is not worth it. This management company is trash!

I have a year dealing with a bathtub that I need painted , I always pay my rent on time and everytime I call theres an excuse , they tell me to call mario at 3:30pm and when I call he is either sick or not available and will call me back. I also called 2 weeks ago for a copy of my lease and up to this date I havent received the copy of my lease when I call to inquire they transfer me to Sandy and it just rings and rings until I get tired and hang up.

Emily, the person who I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and she proceeded to hang up on me once she couldn’t answer my question As to what next steps should the tenant take. Please Note: Under the tenant law of the state of New York, a tenant has every right to request proof of residency up until a certain time frame or it’s a easy win for a law suit, management companies is required by law to hold on to lease and other important real estate documents for 3-5 years. This specific tenant will be calling back from abroad to request the necessary documents, please be advised, that as a real estate professional, this unprofessionalism was very immature and unnecessary. You don’t hang up on a caller (customer/client) just because you don’t have the information present in the office. P

I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS. This is the WORST COMPANY EVER. Money hungry and it’s so frustrating. I think it’s illegal the way they have their team knocking on people’s door at 8 AM asking for their rent money. I literally live with roaches and mice. &YOU THINK THEY PAY FOR AN EXTERMINATOR ? I cannot wait to move out. My mom had her ceiling fall on her once, and all they did was plaster it up. They need to sued, and the building i live in needs a new management, to renovate this building. It’s disgusting and sad. & I can’t waitttttt to leave. I hate B&B so much.
